How can I book tours and activities?
Homes & Villas dedicated team will offer you a variety of different activities and tours depending on the destination of your choice. You can even choose your favorite accommodation based on the activities offered nearby. We would be more than happy to guide you through the different options prior to your arrival.

PAYMENTS


PAYMENT POLICY FOR VILLAS

• A first deposit of 30% of the total reservation is required at the time of booking
• A 2nd deposit of  50% (for individual bookings) &70% (for Travel Agencies) of the total reservation is required 15 days before arrival
• The remaining amount of the accommodation as well as any extra expenses that will arise will be paid upon departure

PAYMENT POLICY FOR HOMES

• A 2nd deposit of 50% (for individual bookings) & 70% (for Travel Agencies) of the total reservation is required 29-59 days before arrival, depending on the requested season period.
• The remaining amount of the accommodation as well as any extra expenses that will arise will be paid upon departure

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR VILLAS

• For any cancellation received 14 days prior to arrival, no fee will apply.   
• For any cancellation received 13-10 days prior to arrival 50% OF THE TOTAL TURNOVER per room will apply. Kindly note that the amount agreed is neither refundable, nor transferable to other credits.
• For any cancellation received 9-5 days prior to arrival 80% OF THE TOTAL TURNOVER per room will apply. Kindly note that the amount agreed is neither refundable, nor transferable to other credits.         
• For any cancellation received 4-1 days prior to arrival or Non Show: The total of equivalent amount of reserved room nights will be charged as cancellation fee. Kindly note that the amount agreed is neither refundable, non transferable to other credits.          
• In case of early departure for personal purposes remaining nights cannot be canceled or refunded

• For any cancellation received 29-15 days prior to arrival 80% OF THE TOTAL TURNOVER per room will apply. Kindly note that the amount agreed is neither refundable, nor transferable to other credits.

With the current travel restrictions in place requesting a negative Covid-19 test result, in an effort to make your experience as worry free  as possible, we are able to offer you onsite PCR or rapid tests(on extra charge).

Having a cooperation with dedicated medical centers across Greece, you may be tested and receive your results without leaving the Grecotel Resort  you are staying at. You may schedule your test easily through our guest portal or contacting our guest services team.

What should I have with me upon the check in?

Your ID card or Passport and the credit card you have used to book your reservation.

What will I need during my holiday?

• Swimsuits
• Comfortable, lightweight clothes.
• For gentlemen, a pair of trousers for formal occasions
• A light jacket in case it gets a bit windy especially at nights. Rain jackets are also necessary for specific destinations e.g., Corfu Island.
• Non slippery comfortable shoes are necessary if you want to go hiking to explore Greek natural beauties or want to visit archaeological sites.
• Sun Protection: Hat & Sunscreen

If I arrive before my check-in time can I drop my bag somewhere?

All Homes & Villas provide a luggage area where you can safely  store your luggage and personal belongings.

What if I want to extend my stay?

You can easily extend your stay only by reaching out the team of Homes & Villas by Grecotel who will check the availability and provide instructions for booking additional nights.

How will the check-out procedure take place?

Your Guest Experience Manager will be there to assist you with all the check-out procedures (e.g., payments, transfers to the airport) and your receipt will be sent to you via e-mail.

ABOUT THE CARDS

How many card categories (club tiers) are there?


Privilege Club has THREE categories: White, Blue & Platinum!

The White card is issued to all new members
The Blue card is issued to members who have collected more than 120,000 points
The Platinum card is issued to members who have collected more than 240,000 points

Card Categories are valid for life and will not be downgraded unless differently specified.

Existing Members (before 2015)

Membership numbers do not change. To identify your new card category please login club site or contact Homes & Villas Team at [email protected]

How do I earn points?

You earn points for every € that you spend in the hotel including extras.

When are the points from the accommodation valid?

Accommodation points are valid for personal reservations through homes.grecotel.com or by e-mail at [email protected]

When do I get the points of my stay?

Points are credited after departure, so you receive the benefits of a new category from the following visit. Points will be credited only if you show your membership card on arrival at every stay in of the Homes & Villas by Grecotel. If you have forgotten your card at home or lost your card, simply contact the Homes & Villa team  who will be able to find the membership details in the central system.

How can I check my points?

Log in to the Members’ area of the Privilege Club website (privilegeclub.grecotel.com) and learn all your benefits.
